Shift Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Fujimi Corporation manufactures quality polishing abrasives and slurries for the high-tech industry.

This is a clerical position based in our Tualatin office. As a sales & logistics support assistant you will work primarily in an office environment working closely with the Sales Team and Logistics & Distribution team.  You will be responsible for coordinating shipments and communicating shipment status and delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Uses internal systems to record purchase orders from customers.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarding companies and customs broker.
  • Update and maintain shipping schedules and provide notice of updates to customers.
  • Generate invoices and maintain email correspondence with customers.
  • Strong focus and meticulous attention to detail and quality using operating standards and written procedures.
  • Strive to become an expert with products and the shipment process.
  • Work well with your team lead and team members to accomplish department and company goals.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for quality work and demonstrated interest in learning/growth opportunities
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Your Experience/Qualifications

  • Associates Degree (2-year college or technical school) required in business, accounting or closely related field.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other shipment tracking software.
